CARB OVERLOAD?

Yeah, I figured.  Have no fear... here are a couple of my favorite options for staying in shape.  {No - home workout videos are not dead!}:
the Tracey Anderson Mat Workout DVD

Other favorites? Take a 90 minute yoga class or go for a good long run {weather permitting}.  Any of the above should get rid of the overstuffed feeling leftover from holiday over-indulgence - I myself am waiting until tomorrow...  Bring on another piece of cranberry cake with butter caramel sauce!

    Do you like the Tracey Anderson dvd? I wanna try it but am skeptical (same ole Brandy lol).

    I do really like the Tracey Anderson dvd - it is a tough one that does a lot of toning work, {focused leg lift type exercises that kill} and I feel like it really works with regular use - but you do need separate cardio as well. What I like about Jillian is that you really sweat your butt off and feel like you get the toning and cardio in one. I love them both and switch off... hope that helps!
