ReplyDeleteI do really like the Tracey Anderson dvd - it is a tough one that does a lot of toning work, {focused leg lift type exercises that kill} and I feel like it really works with regular use - but you do need separate cardio as well. What I like about Jillian is that you really sweat your butt off and feel like you get the toning and cardio in one. I love them both and switch off... hope that helps!
