So, I have to apologize for being m.i.a. without so much as a note. Truth is that a last minute trip opportunity came up and I have been in New Orleans for the past week visiting friends and eating my way through the city (I'm sure I've gained 5 pounds that I will punish myself for next week). Today is my last day here and the agenda (like every other day) is based around food - beignets at cafe du monde, crab ravioli at cafe atchafalaya, one last drive thru banana daquiri... The weather is gorgeous and the pace is slow...love this delicious life! (I feel very much like the little girl in this picture right now). Will be back tomorrow, but posting may still be light this week as I will have to play catch up to make up for lost time!
